365 Days of Glass - Day 86
After a trip to the garden to measure the amount of snow/ice and see whether we could document any sightings of the tulips the students planted as part of the Journey North Project, a kindergarten student records the temperature.
In his role as class meteorologist, he used Glass to capture his reading and report back to his class about what temperature it was outside. His teacher also helped him document how to read the temperature in fahrenheit and celsius and think about what it happens to water when it’s “below water freezing.”
I think this could be a really neat activity to do via a live Google Hangout through Glass to report to a class in another part of the country or the world what the temperature is and in real-time hear a report about weather and temperature in another part of the world.
